This fruit crate label was used on Meteor Brand Lemons, c. 1930s: 'Meteor Brand Lemons. Grown and Packed by San Fernando Heights Lemon Assn. San Fernando, Calif.' Crate labels were a frequent means of marketing fruit and vegetable packer brands at the turn of the century.
