This fruit crate label was used on Up North Brand Apples, c. 1950s: 'Up North Brand Apples. Dwinnell Bros. Orchards. Oroville, Wash. Produce of U.S.A. 1 U.S. Bushel by Volume.' Crate labels were a frequent means of marketing fruit and vegetable packer brands at the turn of the century.
