New in our gallery and store: We're getting a jump start on Flag Day, which is this coming Sunday, with a new addition to our WWII poster gallery. The beautiful poster was illustrated in 1943 by Bradshaw Crandell for the Recruiting Publicity Bureau of the U.S. Army. More than 150,000 women served in the Women's Army Corps during WWII. While most women served stateside many traveled overseas, freeing up men to serve in fighting positions. So heed the call, "Join the WAC now!"
