The post-WWI French poster reads, 'Banque Prive. Souscrivez l'Emprunt de la Reconstitution,' which is translated as, 'Banque Prive. Subscribe to the reconstruction loan.' Illustrated in 1920 by A. Lelong, the poster shows Victory standing in a wheat field, with her arm around a boy carrying a basket of fruit. A ruined village is shown behind them.
